Two kiwis who found a love for Canadian cuisine on their big OE, decided to bring it back. Beaver & Bear's locally famous Chicken Wings and Poutine can be found right here in Palmerston North, New Zealand, providing a delicious taste of Canada.

Deep-fried chicken wings and Canadian poutine (Skin-on Fries, Cheese curds and gravy) are our main culinary focus.As well as operating to the public with our food truck, we’re now also available for private hire for weddings, functions and events within the lower North Island.We offer a variety of menus, both family-style and truck style, and can cater for groups big or small.
