Waireka Honey Centre

Conveniently located on State Highway One just south-west of Sanson, this road side shop is a must-do shopping experience. 

Waireka Honey Centre produces an incredible range of honey on site as well as an impressive selection of beekeeping equipment for hobby and commercial beekeepers alike. Creamed or combed honey, honey mead, their ever popular homemade honey ice creams, bee pollen and even pure beeswax pellets, you’ll be amazed at the variety of skincare and health care honey products here, not to mention a honey hive viewing area where you can see the busy bees at work.

Tonic & Cloth

Nestled in the heart of Palmy’s central city is a start-up clothing brand with a heart for empowering women. Tonic & Cloth sets the tone with their tagline that all women can embrace (and relate to!) – Monday clothes that feel like Sunday. Tonic & Cloth partner with the empowering Holi Boli sewing house to create their collections, as well as manufacturing in beautiful Aotearoa. Their trousers, tops and dresses are gentle on the body with natural fibres including silk, linen, organic denim and cotton that is certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard.

Furniture Fair

Step into a world of unrivalled character and charm, as you explore Furniture Fair! For more than 40 years Furniture Fair has stocked their shop with some of Palmy’s best gifts, homewares and furniture. With home décor pieces that will sweep you off your feet, dreamy drapes and gifts galore, Design & Desire is a must-do in Manawatū.
