With three main tertiary institution’s, private training organisationsestablishments, Te Wananga Aotearoa, ITO’s, along with Crown Research Institutes, and 70 primary, intermediate and secondary schools, this is a community that has long valued, welcomed and supported education and we want you to join us.

We've got a city-wide emphasis on a student-centred approach to learning, demonstrated by the development and sharing of different education models and pedagogies throughout the local network of learning. Palmerston North city and Manawatū are known for offering excellent education, with a good variety of schooling options to suit every family’s need.
