Lentil & Cauliflower Dhal
1 onion finely chopped
2 clove/tsp garlic
1 Tbsp ginger (if you have it)
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 carrot grated
1 cup red lentils (they cook faster, but yellow are nice too)
1 cup boiling water
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1/2-1 tsp salt
1/2 tin coconut cream
Wholemeal Yoghurt Chapatis
1 cup plain or wholemeal flour
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
